Grand Harbour Marina plc - New Issue

Grand Harbour Marina plc (“the Issuer” or “GHM”) will be issuing a bond for an amount of €15 million (“the Bond Issue”). The Issuer is a subsidiary of Camper & Nicholsons Marina Investments Ltd (“CNMI”) (79.17%), a company specialising in the management of marinas and the development of waterfront resorts worldwide. The Issuer’s principal activity is the development, operation and management of marinas and marina related real estate, as well as providing ancillary services to marina related activities.
