Operations Support Specialist

Curmi & Partners Ltd. is seeking to fill the role of a full time Operations Support Specialist. This career opportunity calls for a proactive, responsible and diligent person to provide administrative support to the back office function. Previous experience will be considered an asset.


Primary Responsibilities:
• Reconciliation of cash accounts;
• Input of data on systems (such as payment and receipt of client monies);
• Issuing coupon/dividend cheques to clients; and
• Other general office duties
Knowledge & Experience
• Hold an ‘A’ Level standard of education
• Be proficient in the use of MS office applications and generally be highly computer literate
• Possess strong organisational and time management skills
• Have strong numerical skills and attention to detail is essential
• Have high values for teamwork and customer service
• Be a person with initiative and integrity
